Rabin Worldwide once again this year joined forces with Mama's Empanadas to support the National Kidney Foundation in a local walkathon. The 2012 event was held on a beautiful sunny Saturday, May 5 in San Francisco.
Kidney Walks are organized throughout the country by the National Kidney Foundation to help people understand the need for early detection of kidney disease, raise funds for research, and to help patients and their families.
2012 Kidney Walk participating Rabin team members: Anna Brown, Elizabeth Baker, Bella Mercado, Christina Galletti, Frank Galletti, Drew Hynes, Dollie Miller, Hazel Tria, Louis Bonvincio, Jacob Smith, Michelle Denenkamp, Brian Hayes, Marisol Caguiat
One of our longtime Rabin accountants, Frank Galletti, is a kidney recipient and his daughter Christina owns Mama's Empanadas. In association with the Mama's Empanads Team, Rabin Worldwide raised over $2200.
Special thanks to Rabin's Marisol Caguiat who spearheaded our fundraising, raising over $1800 from six companies:
